They seem to have done great work on the car from what I can tell but it was not worth the wait or frustration. Their customer service is lacking to say the least. The service advisor working with me seemed more preoccupied with his computer than helping me. After waiting 3 hours for an oil and transmission fluid change, I ended up waiting another 45 minutes for the $16 refund they owed me after forgetting to honor my 10% coupon. The only time I seemed to get decent customer service was when I walked through the car sales department. More

New Car Buying Experience I just purchased a 2015 Honda CRV from Leith Honda after having visited numerous other dealerships. My salesperson Alison Davis respected my wishes from the start. I told her I didn't want to play 'the game' with managers and low balling and wanted the best price from the on-set. That is exactly what I got. We came to a fair price from the get go and I didn't have to play the game like the other dealerships tried to do. Everything went smoothly, although it did take almost 2 hours to actually get my car from the time I arrived to pick it up and I think that process could be streamlined to be much quicker. I also didn't get enough time at the end to go through the car properly because there was a meeting that required her attendance, so that was a bit disappointing after such a long wait. However, that being said, I received a follow up call and have called Alison a few times with some questions and she has been extremely responsive. It's nice to know the service quality has not ended with the sale. Overall it was a great experience and I am very pleased. I would recommend both Alison and Leith Honda to anyone looking for a great car and great customer service. More

I met with Alison and informed her of the nature of my visit. She took the time to discuss, in great detail, the differences in the Accord coupe trims. Her wealth of knowledge of Honda's products is amazing. She even informed me of some features I didn't realize were standard on all trims of the Accord coupe. Based on my budget, needs and wants, she was able to steer me in the right direction for the Accord coupe that would be the best fit for me. New Car I visited Leith Honda in search for a gently used car. I had already searched their website to narrow my options and landed on a 2012 certified used H I visited Leith Honda in search for a gently used car. I had already searched their website to narrow my options and landed on a 2012 certified used Honda Civic. Prior to visiting, I test drove the same model and year car from other car lots. The car at Leith was hands down much better quality than the others I had looked at which I was expecting since it was a certified used Honda. I worked with Porter Good, who from the start was very cordial. I told him the exact car I wanted to look at, and we straight to it with no hesitation. After a quick once over, we went for a test drive; it was a decent drive with the option of getting a little interstate driving included. Afterwards, we started on the paperwork. This was my first buying experience, and it seemed pretty straight forward with the only complaint being there was a lot of waiting. Pricing was comparable and negotiable. I traded my old car in and was a little low balled on the price, but was able to negotiate it up some. Considering it saved me the trouble of having to sale it on my own I took what I could get. Sorry for the lengthy review but overall, this was a great experience. Easy to talk to employees that provided a stress free and non pressuring atmosphere. Very well priced vehicles and negotiable. Only negative experience was the waiting. More

Ever since my temporary tags issued from the dealership expired, I have As an out of state customer, I rely 100% on communication via phone or email. Ever since my temporary tags issued from the dealership expired, I have experienced poor communication. Since my purchase, I have dealt with Jeremy and have been prompt in providing anything he requested so that I will receive my tags. His promptness this past week is disappointing. I have been inconvenienced several times last week and I have no interest in remaining patient. Someone needs to contact me with a solution because Jeremy isn't. If an expired temporary tag isn't considered a priority at Leith Honda, there shouldn't have been an issue mailing me a new one. This experience has negatively affected my interest in purchasing from this dealership or out of state again. More
