Bought a used 2016 Hyundai Elantra in April 2021. 4 months later transmission went out. Contacted them and was basically told sorry not sorry. These guys don’t care about you. Taking advantage of a unfortunate situation. They love you until you sign the paperwork. I’m still making payments on a car that’s basically a paperweight. If I could give them zero stars I would. No one buys a car for over 10k with believing it will breakdown in less than half of a year. We bought from Leith because we thought you can trust a major dealership. That at least they sell decent cars. I unfortunately learned a hard lesson. Be careful, they are happy to sell you a defective car and won’t feel a one bit bad if you have major issues. They will laugh at you all the way to the bank. More

Sold me a car that 4 months later is un-drivable. Transmission went out, and transmission costs over 3k to replace. Paid over 10k for the car. They buy and sell AS-IS cars to screw you over. No one expects to pay this much money for a car and it break to this extent a few months later. Spoke with the sales manager and basically was told sorry not sorry.
