I had a great experience at Leith Nissan buying my 2013 Altima SV. My sales rep, Campbell Lovett, was exceptional at attending to my needs and responsive to all my questions. I was not really thinking about buying a new car, as the lease on my 2011 Altima did not expire for another 9 months. I was at the dealership to look at a used 370Z that caught my eye passing by. Mary (sales rep') stepped up and said hello, answered a few of my questions, and suggested that she run the numbers on trading my 2011 Altima in on a (lease) of a 2013 Altima. I did not think it would possibly make any sense in that I had no reason to trade in the 2011 at that time. We determined somewhat quickly that I could maintain my current lease payment (close enough) without any capital cost reduction, and I drove away with a new Altima. I was not pressured, they treated me like an intelligent adult, they listened to what my parameters for a deal would be and I would definitely do business with this dealership again. More

Raymond was a great salesman to work with. He was recommended by a friend and I would also highly recommend him. He is a no-pressure salesman (the best kind) and works with you at your own pace. He was available to answer questions by phone, email, and text. They also did work crunching numbers to get me the best possible price which saved me almost $20/mo over 60 months. I cannot rave enough about my experience with them. Especially as a first time car buyer and a recent college graduate, I felt they really took care of me and didn't try to cheat me or nickel and dime me for their own benefit. Raymond, Anthony, and Chris treated us with respect and honesty throughout the entire process. No ganging up on us and not even a hint of the xx I had encountered at other dealers. They acknowledged our budget and worked out a couple different financial scenarios allowing us to select the one with which we were most comfortable. I can't remember the last time a car dealership worked up different scenarios and gave me choices. I can't say it any better than I would purchase there again and recommend that anyone in the greater Raleigh area looking for a Nissan, go to Leith Nissan. More
