Great Service! I brought my car because I bent the rim on my Jetta. She tried to have the rim repaired first but after the tech came said it could not be fixed they I brought my car because I bent the rim on my Jetta. She tried to have the rim repaired first but after the tech came said it could not be fixed they ordered me a new rim. It came in the next day and they had my car back to me the same day. Poor to no service Charged a $66 "diagnostics" fee to tell me a problem I already knew and couldn't provide a solution. Worst off when I was in line to pay. The 4 people in front of me were also paying just a diagnostic fee. I wonder how many diagnostics fees they are billing for no solutions. I was told by representative that I would need a new transmission and it would cost $5500 . I did not have the money for new transmission but another trusted mechanic told me to start putting medium grade of gasoline and that fixed the problem . It's been six months and I have no problems with my transmission . Hmmmm More

I purchased a certified preowned vehicle and within one week I took the car back to have the alignment fixed and the brakes checked. The brakes had been making an unusually loud screeching noise. They fixed my alignment and told me that my brakes were fine and there was nothing that needed to be done. Flash forward to almost a year later, I ask them to take a look at my brakes. They told me I needed to purchase new brakes for ~$500. I asked them why they didn’t tell me this when I brought this to their attention when I first purchased their vehicle and they simply did not have an answer. All they say now is “there is nothing we can do for you”. There are plenty of places to buy and service cars in Raleigh, I see no reason to go back here. More

Currently, Amy Stewart is our Service Coordinator and Charles is our service provider. They are the best!!! They are the reason we have over 100 thousand miles on our car and it works like new. More
