My husband and I started looking to purchase a new car for me a few months back. We looked through the discount site of his employer, and somehow or another I accidently signed up to get e-mails from Leno for me a few months back. We looked through the discount site of his employer, and somehow or another I accidently signed up to get e-mails from Lenoir city Ford. It is our closest Ford dealer, though. I would always open the emails, but never replied because we weren't financially ready to purchase a vehicle until we paid off my husband's truck. We got close to paying off the truck, and more into looking for me a new vehicle, so I replied to the email (from Greg at LC Ford) and he was absolutely wonderful at answering all of my questions, giving me information, and so forth. We continued looking, and found a car I really liked at another dealer, so Greg offered to have it transfered to LC for us. However, I then fell in love with a 2013 Ford Focus that LC ford already had! I probably emailed and called Greg 20 times or more in that week, asking questions about pricing, features, how things worked, etc. And He never made me feel as though I was a bother. We test drove the car (twice..once hubby did and once I did) and decided to purchase it! When we signed the papers, we had to wait a bit for the finance manager to do his end of the paperwork, and while waiting Greg sat and talked to us like we were old friends, about everything! Faith, Family, Work, Cars, etc. I HIGHLY recommend Lenoir City Ford, and HIGHLY recommend Greg Curran! The sales-person played a part in my decision, as the sales person at the other Ford dealer was rude, and not very knowledgable. Customer Service makes or breaks a deal, for us! And he DEFINATELY made it! I love my experience, and my new car! More

I have to say I always dreaded car shopping because I always felt rushed and hassled by the sales staff. Not a lenoir city ford! As soon as I got on the lot I was greeted with a warm welcome and a smile always felt rushed and hassled by the sales staff. Not a lenoir city ford! She made my car buying experience very laid back,hassle free,and over all a pleasant car buying experience. Our experience with this dealer has been exceptional. My credit had not been the best and these folks went out of their way to accomodate my credit needs. They did not try to sell me a lesser vehicle becaus credit had not been the best and these folks went out of their way to accomodate my credit needs. The salesman worked very hard to explain every option that was available to me and did not try to put me in something that was over my budget. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this dealer and most of the people who worked here three years ago were still here which says a lot about the character of the owners and the management of the dealeship. Once again, I would highly reccomend this dealer for anyone purchasing a new or used Ford or any used vehicle. More
