Margo Zimmerman made the process of purchasing our new F150 easy. Once we explained which features were important to us and which were not she diligently searched the dealer inventory in the surrounding a F150 easy. She kept us informed of its arrival and prep. She demonstrated all the features on our truck and even synced our phones to it and arranged the bed liner. I recently got a letter from ford motor company about my car. I took it to the dealership in Sweetwater where i live and was told that my car wasn't doing what the letter said the service man didn't even lo car. I called ford motor co and they told me to take it to lenoir city ford. i called and made an appointment to take the car in. when i got there, they took my car in right away and fixed it per the letter. I am 63 years old and i have never in my lifetime been treated so nice. I will never take my car to anyone else specially not to the ford place here in sweetwater, tn. I don't think there are ratings high enough for the ford place in lenoir city. More
