He was readily available but didn't pounce the second I got on the lot! No pressure and best of all NO CRAZY GIMMICKS to sell me a car. Told him what I wanted and he steered me where I needed to be. The no hassle service was a breath of fresh air. The next day I returned to purchase the car I liked and Greg continued the excellent service while finalizing the deal. I commend both on their friendly, knowlegable service. I am also very impressed with the 2011 Fusion Hybrid I purchased. I have been a resident in TN for 5 years now and am active duty Navy. I come home here 1-2 times a year, my mother just bought a 2012 Ford Escape and I have been wanting to get a Ford F-150 for years active duty Navy. I come home here 1-2 times a year, my mother just bought a 2012 Ford Escape and I have been wanting to get a Ford F-150 for years and my parents refered me to Lisa Myers. When I arrived at the dealership I was not pressured by anyone there and was free to look around the lot without being bothered which is VERY rare! When Lisa arrived she started helping me right away, I told her what I wanted for my trade-in and how much I wanted to pay a month for a new F-150. The dealer didn't have anything in stock that fit my needs and despite being VERY firm on what I wanted Lisa located a F-150 at another dealer in KY and had the truck there the next day despite bad weather. I was on a time crunch here as well and had a lot to do so even after I left the dealer she still got everything worked out for me. Lisa came in the next day on her day off to make sure everything went over smoothly for, the truck is beautiful and everything I could have wanted. Brian Myers made signing for my new vehicle the EASIEST process I have ever done when buying a vehicle, never have I gone into sign for a vehile and have it go so smoothly and quickly. Brian also went as far as to give me his number for future needs of if I need to refinance my vehicle or any other issues, he also will be calling once my tradein pay off goes through.
