In July we purchased a used Ford Foucs we talked with John Scott. His experience and knowledge about the car and financing was excellent. We had to have some service done on our 08 Fusion and the cost wa John Scott. His experience and knowledge about the car and financing was excellent. We had to have some service done on our 08 Fusion and the cost was more than we had expected. My husband spoke with John again and explained what was going on with the repair on car and he helped us trade our 08 Fusion in and drive off the lot in a new 2012 Fusion. We left the lot with smiles on our face. Thanks John you made us feel like family. Trust us we will make sure that all our friends and family trade at Lenoir City Ford and ask for John Scott. I have bought more than one vehicle from John and in each experience he has made the process very easy. He goes the extra mile to make sure all your questions are answered and isn't your typical "pushy" car experience he has made the process very easy.
