When you ask the sales Person for information (Blake Deal) you expect to get the information in a timely manner. I have requested information twice. The dealer was asked to check the trucks brakes and change the oil, Check into a leak bty the bell housing. My mechinaic checked it today and the rear brakes still have factory keepers on the drums. So I assume they were not checked. I still have the leak. The oil was changed and a couple of new tires were put on the truck. Lisa did every thing I ask. She is a super professional. Blake needs to go to relations school and follow up on request that are made. This is not the way to get recommendations. his is a very hard report but. Could have been avoided if. Sorry but I should have ask Lisa for the information. Blake turned me off of your dealership. and he is what gives a car dealership a bad name. More

DJ Johnson was great, would deal with him again. Brad Lett was dismissive and we felt rushed with him. Brian Myers was slow, and we waited 2 hours for a 5 minute signing process which is not acceptable. Lett was dismissive and we felt rushed with him. We were tired and hungry. So, overall, we would deal with DJ Johnson again, we apprecite his direction. We are very pleased with our purchase. Customer service was lacking with the wait time to sign (2 hours) and not worth the standard customer service fee tacked onto the bill. THANKS to DJ, the only bright spot of the day! More

The sales rep and staff worked hard to find the exact car we wanted and found one within a few days even the 2013 Escapes are in short supply.
