As soon I drove onto the dealership, I was approached, without pressure, to see what my wants and needs were. I told the salesperson what I wanted and what I expected out of my trade-in. The time it took to get through finance was amazing, only took about 10-15 minutes. It took a while for the car to go through detail, but the dealership filled the car up with gas before I left the lot. That is very rare anymore. I got the car I wanted, the trade-in I wanted, a 1.75% interest rate and the payments I wanted. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family! More

Excellent salesman, Matthew Snell, well informed and able to answer all questions or knew where to look up the answer. He was determined to sell us the Ford Escape, even when I told him I would take the pap to answer all questions or knew where to look up the answer. He was determined to sell us the Ford Escape, even when I told him I would take the paperwork home and look it over, he did not want us to leave without it. We were given popcorn to eat, it always takes several hours to buy a car and we were given cookies. The owner came over and introduced himself to us and asked why we had chosen Lenoir City Ford when we could have gone to any other Ford Dealer. We have bought Fords in the past, a van at Lance Cunningham in 1991, a Mustang and a ZX2 in 1998 at Ray Viles and a F-150 in 2010 at Ted Russell, but this is the first dealership that I will take my car back to for service. We hope that will work out for us. Everyone was very nice and we were surprised at how busy they were, they must be making people happy if they are that busy. More
