Rick and Candace has always been so helpful in taking care of all my service needs. From warranty work, normal servicing, to all the other things I need repaired, they always exceed my expectations. I started looking at the F150 a month or so ago. Looking at them on the internet and talking with my Son-in-Law who has and F150 which he really does like. Finally came to decision to do more serious looki at them on the internet and talking with my Son-in-Law who has and F150 which he really does like. Finally came to decision to do more serious looking. I looked at the F150s at Lenoir City on line then stopped by to take a close look live. That is when I met John Scott. He was friendly and very helpful answer questions. I told him I was in looking state at this time. A day or so later after doing more research on line I decided on why I wanted and requested a quote online. John responded the next morning. The next day I went in and he showed me what was available and prices. I test drove one of the F150s on the lot an seven liked it more. I picked out the vehicle from the three he showed that met my requirement. We takes price etc. Settle on a price. Got the paper work done. I picked up the vehicle after it was delivered. John went over some of the features with me and due to my wife and I having to be someplace else we left. John did tell me about a class they were having the next day about the features and invited me to come. I will be attending. All these new electronics in the vehicles to day can be overwhelming. I Have to say this was a very good experience in preaching a new vehicle. Something I was dreading. The team at Lenoir City Ford made it a good one and satisfying one. I will recumbent this dealership and John to any one who ask. More

This was the fastest and easiest car purchase that I have ever experienced. Lisa was able to help me get thru the maze of qualifying and the purchasing paperwork, she also explained the different warrantees ever experienced. Lenoir City Ford had my vehicle on and off for several weeks. They were working on seals inthe PTU unit. 3 times they replaced the seals, and 3 times the seals leaked. After the 3rd failed attempt, t weeks. They were working on seals inthe PTU unit. 3 times they replaced the seals, and 3 times the seals leaked. After the 3rd failed attempt, the vehicle was returned to them once again. After having it another 3 days, I received a call from the service department stating that they had bad news, that the PTU was damaged. They stated that it would be another $2000.00 and that they would submit all of the information to my extended warranty company. Who by the way, had paid for everything so far. At this point, the warranty company said that they would have to send out a inspector. They thought that it was strange that this dealership had said that the seals needed replaced and had been paid to replace the seals. Each time the seals were repaired, there was severe leaking. After the inspector came out, they stated that the PTU had been damaged. But SURPRISE, Lenoir City Ford stated that they had not damaged the PTU. They however could not explain that after COUNTLESS times of them removing and installing this part in order to replace the seals, this had never been noticed. I don't think so!!!!! Their incompetent service technicians do not know what they are doing. The technicians and the service manager KNOW that their service department damaged this part. However, there was NO WAY to prove it. After many weeks of Lenoir City Ford being unable to correct the problem, never offering a loaner car and being unable to fix the problem, we made the decision to trade in our vehicle. Ford has had countless problems with the 07 Ford Edge. Including problems with the transmission and the PTU unit. However, they don't issue any recalls....only service bulletins that basically say we acknowledge that we have any issue, but we are not doing anything about it. Don't ever trust Lenoir City Ford. They are crooked as the day is long. My vehicle that I had taken extremely good care of and started having such severe problems with, when the car only had 68,000 miles on it is ridiculous. Ford does not back up and support their products or their customers. Lenoir City Ford did however offer to accept my vehicle as a trade. Thanks but NO THANKS. More

We recently purchased our 4th vehicle through Lenoir City Ford, Brad Lett and Lisa Myers. We originally had found a truck that was not at Lenoir City Ford and were going to try and still get the truck becaus Ford, Brad Lett and Lisa Myers. After the run around with the other dealership we went to Brad and Lisa, since we have done several purchases now with them and told them what happened. Brad had Lisa on it right away. They told us to give them a week or so given our situation. Well it wasn't even a week later, the next day in fact, Brad called and told us about inventory that had just come onto the lot and had us set up a test drive with Lisa. We drove the truck and fell in love. We told Brad and Lisa what we could afford and right away they came back with numbers for us. Brad and Lisa always take such wonderful care of us, and throughout the purchase are aware of our needs. ( since we are a growing family ). They are almost even like family. Everyone we know who are looking at vehicles we send to Lenoir City Ford. After the fiasco with another dealer, I can say that we will NOT go any where besides Lenoir City Ford for our vehicle and service needs. Even through financing and paper work with a small child there was no hassle they were quick and efficient and had us on our way. Thanks Brad and Lisa once again on a Job well done !! More
