I was looking for a small truck for my daughter and was driving by Lenoir City Ford and saw a used truck on there lot. It was out of my price range but after meeting Mike Wilinski he showed me a 2007 Ford driving by Lenoir City Ford and saw a used truck on there lot. Being that I was 3 hours away, they used pictures of my trade-in. They were very willing to work with me on the trade-in price and the price of my new car. They both spent time with me the day I got the car to make sure I was familiar with all the features. No hassles. Just great customer service. As we were approaching the sales room we were met by Chrystal Baptiste. She introduced herself and asked it there was something she could help us find. She helped us find just the right truck and close the deal. She was not pushy, and did not pressure us into making a choice that we were not truly happy with. The other sales staff that was involved with this deal was very nice, treated us like old friends. This was maybe my best experience at buying a vehicle ever and I have a few in my 67 years.
