I just purchased a 2012 Fusion it has been over 17 years since I dealt with a Dealership and I have to say Lenoir Ford is the best in East Tennessee. My salesman Gregory Curran was excellent very profession since I dealt with a Dealership and I have to say Lenoir Ford is the best in East Tennessee. My salesman Gregory Curran was excellent very professional and knowledgeable on all the new gadgets in the new cars. He went out of his way to make me happy about my new purchase. Gregory also took the time to show me how to use everything in my car. He was not a in your face pushy salesman either gave you room but right there if you had any questions. Gregory also called me and e-mailed me to stay in contact till I was sure about my purchase made me feel extremely comfortable about my final decision to buy my car. I would highly recommend Lenoir Ford to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car. Although ever one there was very nice I only dealt with Gregory and would highly recommend asking for him. Since our last trip to this dealership was such a success, we decided to give it another try. This experience was no less successful. The sales associates at Lenoir City Ford are not overly aggressive or annoying like many of the dealerships in Knoxville that we just refuse to deal with. They are friendly, calm, and cooperative. Robert Butt was a pleasure to deal with and made the vehicle-buying experience easier for my wife and me. Frank Cardwell handled the financing paperwork efficiently and quickly. Went in just to look at the Explorer and told Robert and Rick that up front. They understood and still treated me as if I was going to buy at that time.
