The service staff was very helpful. Judy was easy to work with. The only problem I had was the glove box was left dismantled when I picked up my car, so the gentleman that brought my ca Judy was easy to work with. The only problem I had was the glove box was left dismantled when I picked up my car, so the gentleman that brought my car to me noticed and was kind enough to put the cabin filter cover back in place, raise the passenger seat back up to its sitting position as it was left laying all the way back. He put the glove box latch back on so that everything was back in place before I left the lot. He and I were perplexed as to why the technician that changed the cabin air filter left everything dismantled for me to pick up that way. I would have had no idea how to put it all back together if the service attendant hadn’t have been kind enough to take the time and do it for me before I left. More
