Sonny, I’m sure a conversation with Rob or Judy could fill you in on the service department’s struggling saga, and a look at our service record for the last few months. An apology instead of sending out your “how did we do” letter would have been more appropriate. But I’m not a person to tell others how to do their job.

We are happy to let you know this issue was resolved. There apparently was a misunderstanding about coverage and the situation was handled poorly. The personnel involved have been replaced and we are working to avoid misunderstandings like this in the future. Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention.

Issue has not been resolved!!!! In fact told lies to ford motor that it has been resolved as well. Truth is they haven’t even looked at the tire period!! So they don’t know if it’s covered under warranty or not but you’d think a car with less than 4000 miles on it they’d be glad to fix or atleast discount a tire. Poor judgment to lie!!!

We regret that you had a less than awesome experience with our service department. As far as the sync repairs, the only Ford authorized repair person is only available on Tuesday mornings and that is beyond our control. The other issues you have addressed are being corrected with key personnel changes. I would invite you to contact our service department now. Thanks
