I worked with Dave Reilly several years ago, and although the vehicle we were working on was sold before we could close the deal, the service I received from Dave at the time brought me back when it was time the vehicle we were working on was sold before we could close the deal, the service I received from Dave at the time brought me back when it was time to look again. From the outset, Dave was exceptionally helpful in obtaining financing that fit my budget, and working with the bank to get me approved. He went out of his way to answer every one of my endless questions, always with great patience. The service when I arrived was better than I could have expected-from Dave to Mike and (not sure if this is the right name/spelling) Shawn in the service area, I was treated as though I was there spending $100k. Everyone took the time to make sure I was completely satisfied with the vehicles I was looking at, from checking out the underside of the vehicle down to rubbing out some small blemishes. The closure of the deal was flawless-there were also a couple of small issues that were discovered after I brought the vehicle home, which were taken care of with great speed and service. The thing that stood out most to me was that they close a 3:00 PM on Saturday and I did not get there until 4:00 PM due to traffic. Everyone was still there working their asses off helping customers. I walked in after they close and the receptionist, who is very cute, did not even try to turn me away. She gave a big smile and greeted me. Brad made me feel like I was his only appointment for the whole day. My only complaint is that while on the way home I tried to adjust my passenger mirror and it did not work properly. I really wished they had of mentioned that in the ad or sometime before I signed the paperwork. More

These guys are the biggest con artists in the United States. They throw on a bunch of bullshit charges on at the end of the sale. For a couple of months I had been looking for a used Silverado or Sierra 2500 HD. I had a special interest in a low milage 2005. It didn't take very long to discover that Lenz Truck Center, in Fond Du Lac, had the widest range of trucks to choose from. I monitored there website, and one morning I discovered that they were featuring a 2005 GMC Sierra 2500HD with low miles. I immediately called and hooked up with Ryan Knueppel. Since I was located 500 miles away, I had no idea how I was going to hold that truck until I could get to Fond Du Lac. Ryan was very helpful describing the truck, and explaining that I could secure the truck with a credit card. They would hold the truck until I could get there. Ryan explained that I was not obligated to buy that truck if it wasn't what I wanted. I arranged to get to Fond Du Lac the following week and made an appointment. After a 9 hour drive, I arrived in Fond Du Lac, the day before my appointment. It was 5:00 PM, but I decided that before I got a hotel room I would see if I could find the dealership and maybe get a peek at the truck. I discovered a lot full of literally hundreds of late model trucks. I went to the reception desk to inquire about "my truck". During my conversation with the receptionist, Ryan came out and greeted me. Inspite of being there a day early, Ryan, who had other customers, greeted me with enthusiasm and a warm smile. Within 15 minutes he had the truck at the front door, handed me the keys, and sent me off on a test drive. The truck was everything I had hoped for. When I returned from the test drive, I reviewed with Ryan some questions I had and a few minor issues with the truck. Ryan promptly answered all my questions, and arranged to have the truck detailed, and some minor interior issues repaired. So, "that peek" I had hoped for turned into a purchase that same evening. I checked into my hotel at 7:00 PM, the proud owner of a 2005 GMC Sierra 2500HD. I picked up the truck the next morning, and made the trip home a full day sooner than I had planned. There was no doubt when I saw the truck that I was going to buy it, but Ryan and the great facilities of Lenz made this purchase a great experience. Have been looking for a blue 2004 to 2007 Dodge 3500 on and off for a while. I came across the one I bought last week, a few emails back and forth with Brad and I'd found my truck. Our family loves Lenz Truck!!!! We have bought over 4 vehicles from Lenz Truck and every time the vehicles were as advertised. Lenz Truck falsifies inspections and sells trucks over state lines to unsuspecting customers. Sold me a Subaru Baja inspection report said not a thing wrong with it--When it arrived even the car hauler ad state lines to unsuspecting customers. Sold me a Subaru Baja inspection report said not a thing wrong with it--When it arrived even the car hauler advised me to get my car checked out ASAP--My local Subaru service recommended an upper engine rebuild for parts failing there (head gaskets, rocker arms, lifters the kit) Turns out this engine UPPER AND LOWER BLOWN--cracked rings-- Service manager said inspection is legit (HA) and no one noticed the clicking tick, or the burning oil smell, or smoke or the cooling system cycling on and off every 30 seconds (which is how it arrived to me). He said the car was detailed and service done...BOGUS AND LIES!! My car arrived so neglected one tire almost flat (on rim) and two others VERY LOW, smelling like someone left its ass in it!!!Lenz Truck infiltrated with sociopaths. CORRUPT DO NOT TRUST More
