I cannot promise that I will purchase the vehicle I looked at today, but I can promise that I will have nothing but good words to share about your business….and word of mouth advertising is one of the best (and cheapest ? ) From the moment I walked in the door, the receptionist was kind and friendly. She (I should have gotten her name because we were chatting about the map on the wall with all of the stickers) contacted Ryan K for me, which is who I talked to on the phone prior to my visit. Ryan was very professional and friendly at the same time. He got the vehicle in the garage for us to look at ASAP, and completely went over the vehicle with us. Ryan had a fun personality, a great sense of humor and was just wonderful to work with. After the test drive, I asked a few simple questions regarding terms and payments, which Ryan answered quickly. And one thing that really impressed me (that I have EVER experienced at any other facility) was when Ryan worked out payments and terms on his computer with me, he turned the screen so I could see it. I noticed those small little things, like turning a computer screen, because it makes me feel more comfortable and more involved. And I really appreciate that he did that. I have had OK and some “not OK” experiences with sales associates, and this by far the best on my list. I didn’t feel any pressure or pushiness. Your team did their job, and I got my information very efficiently. I am a very busy person, and one thing I don’t need is to have my time wasted. In my opinion, your sales team is the face of your business….and you should be proud of who you have representing your business. I will keep my fingers crossed that my husband agrees this is the vehicle for me……but if he doesn’t and I don’t purchase the vehicle from you, please know that even without a sale, you had a very happy customer in your door today. People can take the time to complain, but very few take the time to give credit when it is due……and your business deserves a lot of credit ….and now you know that people do notice good work….at least I can say I noticed. I DO NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. I purchased a vehicle from them 3 weeks ago and am already having problems with the check engine light coming on. They pretty much laughed when I asked them to g a vehicle from them 3 weeks ago and am already having problems with the check engine light coming on. They pretty much laughed when I asked them to get the car in immediately to look at and said I would have to wait 3 days. WHAT?!? They were extremely rude when I explained that I should not have to drive a car around for 3 days before having it looked at when it has been less than a month I have had the vehicle. Their response,"We have more customers than just you to worry about". Never again will I deal with this so called business and I will tell everyone I can the terrible service I have received from them. More

I found the truck I ended up buying online at your website on a Thursday night and was very interested in finding out more about it. I contacted Lenz on Friday morning and was answered by Jay Smith. He was a pleasure to talk to and answered all the questions I had concerning the truck. He also physically drove the truck, looked it all over and even sent me pictures of the one deep scratch that was on the truck. Coming almost 2,000 miles from Washington state I was nervous to be buying a truck sight unseen. When I got to Lenz auto group the truck was everything I was hoping it would be. Their were no surprises and everything was as described Jay handled all the paperwork fast and efficiently and I was on my way to a 34 hour trip back to Washington.
