We had a great experience with the dealership and the financial manager. But we found our Salesman to be very abrupt with other employees and sharp tone/unprofessional with us at times… would not recomm financial manager. Do a good job cleaning up the vehicles. And making them very presentable. Sales man seems to do a good job at what you’re buying. And the prices seem to be inline with other dealers. They will give you an inflated quote on your trade in over the phone. But when you get to their dealership the story changes. I just thought if they do this for a living. Very easy and transparent process. I looked at a dozen trucks on my visit and test drove 4 on my own. No pressure. No haggling. No pushy sales and finance guys.
