We purchased our vehicle and had to pick it up on a weekday evening when we could bring our trade in; when we got in the car to drive home there was 42 miles to empty. Mike told us the lady who is in c weekday evening when we could bring our trade in; when we got in the car to drive home there was 42 miles to empty. Mike told us the lady who is in charge of fueling the cars was already gone for the day; but he had all day to fill our vehicle up for us. Very disappointed in that type of customer service. He told us we could stop by anytime to get our fill up; who wants to do that or should have to do that? We also asked to have a tear fixed on the passenger leather seat. He told us a whole new seat was installed when it clearly is visible the tear was just patched. Also since purchasing this vehicle we have had three service visits already and there’s issues with the suspension. Overall we are very disappointed with this purchase and how the customer service has gone; other than the excellent care from the service department. We will likely not be buying from Lenz ever again. More

Communication with salesman during the selling process very good, follow thru on an immediate vehicle problem brought to salesman’s attention , communication was non existent!
