I've had a couple of problems with the Minocqua location. First when I bought the truck with the extended warranty the salesman told me he knew the previous owner and would try to get the 2nd key fob and if First when I bought the truck with the extended warranty the salesman told me he knew the previous owner and would try to get the 2nd key fob and if he couldn't then he would get one ordered out. We'll that didn't happen. Then when I asked about it the salesman no longer worked there and there was nothing written up on it so they weren't getting me one unless I paid for it. Yes I should have made sure it was in writing but I would have thought they would work with me a little bit. The next problem I had was when I brought it in for warranty work on a sensor for the brakes. While it was there I told them about how I thought the truck was starting hard. That it would crank for like 10 seconds before it would start. They told me if it wasn't throwing a code then there was nothing they could do. Took the truck home and went on with life. Over the next couple of weeks it was getting worse. Called them but was still told no code nothing they could do. Well truck finally wouldn't start. Cranked slowly for like 15 seconds then nothing. Tried again and it just clicked once and nothing. Had to get it towed to their shop. Starter was shot. Like I had told them. Again they wouldn't work with me. More

The process took very long- 5 1/2 hours, I waited for 45 minutes before I was able to meet with the finance department, then felt pressured to buy extended warranty. Also felt insulted when I asked if there minutes before I was able to meet with the finance department, then felt pressured to buy extended warranty. Also felt insulted when I asked if there was any negotiating room on the price of the vehicle I purchased. Wipers had to be replaced and gas was 1/4 full. Other dealers I've used include a full tank or a gas card. More
