Lenz Truck - Fond du Lac, WI

I visited 7 dealers looking for a used extended cab pickup with an 8' box. Each sales person spent time looking at all their inventory in all their locations and could not find one. A couple suggested pickup with an 8' box. Each sales person spent time looking at all their inventory in all their locations and could not find one. A couple suggested new but still could not find what I was looking for. One person suggested I look at Lenz Truck Center. When I got home I went online and searched the Lenz inventory and found exactly what I wanted. I knew they were closed so I sent an email indicating my interest in the truck. I received an immediate reply back from Devon saying they still had the truck. He provided his cell number and said call anytime. I called the next morning and by the end of the conversation I was on my way to Fond du Lac (2 hr drive). Devon was waiting for me when I pulled in the parking lot. He had the truck right at the front door all washed and ready for inspection and a test drive. Once Devon answered a couple of questions he left me alone . No pressure, no "I have to go with you on the test drive" just "I'll be inside if you need anything". I loved the truck! The asking price was extremely reasonable so no need to negotiate a deal. Lenz arranged financing at an attractive rate and within 30 minutes I was out the door with my new truck (including plates). More

A HORRIBLE second purchase Recently bought a used 2017 Chevy Silverado w/High Desert pkg. So far nothing wrong with truck itself. (1) When I purchased I received 1 key phob and asked if there was 2. Was told no so I purchased another through them at $125 and 4 weeks later received the other one in mail. Contacted Charlotte Pegrem who sold me vehicle if I could get a refund for the non needed purchase. NEVER RESPONDED. (2) Noticed truck was past due on oil change by sticker and computer. I was told a little over 1 qt of used oil came out when changed. (3) Just received a notice via mail about an open recall (I had a 2016 model and gotten and took care of prior to lease return). Looks like they (dealership) have gotten to big, too fast and only care about churning out trucks and not the customer. BUYER BEWARE, DISHONEST More

I was very disappointed with how the service level was neglected after I agreed to purchase the vehicle. It was hard to get a response from the sales team and the lack of attention and communication was v neglected after I agreed to purchase the vehicle. They told me the truck was in great shape with no scratches, but when it arrived it had a very large scratch. Overall it was a disappointing and very frustrating car buying experience. More
