This was hands down my best experience purchasing a car in my life. I came to Dennis with a very specific plan to purchase my Corvette and he was straight to the point, fair, and ultimately helped me find my dream car. Prior to this, I had spoken to about 11 other dealers that just could not or would not work with my disciplined plan to purchase. Dennis completely understood my plan and helped me to execute it on the exact car/specs that I wanted. I couldn’t be happier with my car. Additionally, Dennis is a corvette owner himself and long time Corvette enthusiast. He even has a YouTube channel called “The Corvette rockstar” where he made a review video of my car per my request. This is top of the line customer service. This was going way above and beyond for me. I had every single question that I could imagine answered and I was walked thru the entire process from start to finish(I am out of state). Absolutely phenomenal experience, 10/10, 1000% highly recommend Dennis and to be honest, wouldn’t go anywhere else! More
I purchased a low mileage Lincoln Navigator from them a few months back . I spent over $90,000. We bought the vehicle sight unseen through the internet. We took the salespersons word that the vehicle was perfect and complete. Needless to say that when the vehicle arrived, all of the manuals and supplementals were missing. They did not care and would not do anything about it. I purchased a set of manuals on eBay and had to pay over $400 for a complete used set. They were completely uninterested in showing any concern about the issue. I sent a letter to the managers and owners about my dissatisfaction and they didn't even respond. This company is terrible and I will never ever spend another dollar with them. Be aware....they don't care. Spend your money elsewhere. More
