EXCELLENT SERVICE AS ALWAYS I cannot begin to tell you how perfect the service was today. I have never had a time when the service was not perfect. Today I needed a loaner car a I cannot begin to tell you how perfect the service was today. I have never had a time when the service was not perfect. Today I needed a loaner car and it was a smooth transition from the service department to the car rental office and they even provided me with the same year car and make as my own so I had no problem driving the car. The Service department of GMC is the place I would recommend to anyone if you have a GMC car. More

The worse experience at this place..never would recommend.. They commit fraud. The worse service department I have ever dealt with.. I brought my vehicle in for a recall and they told me had to pay for it..Are you kidding me?? FRAUD.. They did an oil change and never tighten the oil filter and I had oil leaking throughout the entire engine...All over my driveway.. They are definetly not certified to work on anyone's vechicle..Horrible experience would not recommend to anyone.. More

Due to the trust I now have with all these professionals, in addition to servicing my GMC Acadia, I am now servicing my son's Chevrolet Malibu at GMC as well. I highly recommend Lester Glenn GMC to all my colleagues and family members. Although my daughter is an employee of Pine Belt, I still remain loyal to LesterGlenn. Horrible Service Tech I recently took my brand new 2014 Yukon Denali in for service. Where do I start? My driver seat was making noise and took in to be serviced. When I go I recently took my brand new 2014 Yukon Denali in for service. Where do I start? My driver seat was making noise and took in to be serviced. When I got my car back after being serviced the seat was still making noise and the back panel of the driver seat was damaged. They so did an oil change for the first time. A few days later after the oil change I noticed that my interior oil change was dropping and noticed spots on my driveway. Unsatisfied with the service tech I took it to another dealer Freehold GMC. Once there I was informed the oil filter was not tighten and reason for the leakage and the driver seat rear panel was ripped out and the reason why it was not staying in place. I could not believe what Lester Glenn had done to my brand new car. I have no faith in their service tech and would not recommend them to anyone. More

This is the second time dealing with the associates at Lester Glen GMC. They still hold the bench mark for customer service.
