Don't want to do the work Last year my husband's Silverado was making noise somewhere in the rear. My husband brought the vehicle in to Lester Glenn to be assess by a technicia Last year my husband's Silverado was making noise somewhere in the rear. My husband brought the vehicle in to Lester Glenn to be assess by a technician. The Lester Glenn technician found the issues to be with the transfer case due to the sales department providing misinformation about driving the truck in automatic. The tech stated the next time my husband brings his truck in for an oil change they would take the rear/ transfer case apart and repair the issue. This past week the check engine light came in truck so my husband made the appointment to diagnose the check engine light, oil change and to repair the rear issue. Lester Glenn has had the truck for two days now and has not made the repairs with the rear. They claim that they are not hearing such noises and will not accept the notes of the previous technician who did hear the noise due to the fact he retired. Personally I feel that the service department was just looking for an argument, did not want to complete the work and kept our vehicle unnecessarily. This is a very poor business practice. More

This is going to be a long review but worth the read...After doing a ton of research, my husband and I went to this location to look at a 2017 Equinox This is going to be a long review but worth the read...After doing a ton of research, my husband and I went to this location to look at a 2017 Equinox for me that I had saw online. We were greeted by Lou, we told him exactly what we were looking for. He went right to work... we test drove the car and decided we wanted it. From the time we arrived to the time we left it was about 2 hours!! That including going over every detail of the car, setting up the onstar, syncing my phone... I do not believe that he left out any detail. Most people dread going through the process since it is known to take awhile. I was so happy and loved my new Equinox! The next day went by everything was great! The following morning I was going to work and it died in the middle of the road and I was unable to get it started. The police came and pushed it out of the way. I was finally able to get it started and the Officer was going to follow me to work and if died again then he would push it again. As soon as I put it in drive and began to accelerate it died again. I called road side assistance and had it towed to them. When we arrived, service had come out and was able to drive it in. I explained what had happened, they apologized and said they would get to the bottom of it. I sat at the dealership to see enjoying their amazing coffee while they tried to figure this out. After not being able to find the problem within an hour they informed me that they will have to look further and let me take a car so I could go to work. The guy from service had walked me over to Dan the Sales Manager, he apologized and assured me they will be getting to the bottom of it. At that time I told him I did not want that car. I do not feel comfortable and I can't chance something like that happening again. We sat down at his desk and he explained that he would have to make a few phone calls. We went over some details to make sure he was able to find something comparable. Throughtout the day I received multiple calls from Dan and the service department to keep me informed as to the progress of everything. Dan called me and said they had the same one just a different color and it was approved to switch them out. The only thing we had to do was go back that night after work and sign for the new one. He assured me everything would be ready for us when we got there. Our Salesman Lou was off that day so Adam stepped in to help out. Dan was right... when we arrived everything was ready for us!! Thanks to Dan and Adam! Adam walked through the car again, set up the onstar, and Bluetooth. Lou called me the following day when he got in and apologized. I can not express how satisfied I am with the whole situation. Even though it was not any of their fault that this happened, they sincerely apologized and did everything they could to remedy the situation. I felt all details were important because it shows what type of people they are. They stand behind their sale. Thank you to a great group of guys!!! When it's time for an oil change I will be in to say hello!! More
