Chris was incredible! Brought my daughters 2011 Equinox in for a P0420 check engine. I found a special warranty coverage on the web for a catalytic converter issue, that i hoped was covered. Chris was able to confirm it was covered, and fixed the car quickly free of charge! Another great Lester Glenn experience, will not go anywhere else to buy or service any of my cars.

These guys are the best ....always take care of me and my HHR. I think that all dealers give free oil changes even if the vehicle is a used one. Other dealers could learn from them. I will always go back to Lester Glenn for any vehicle.

"Very unsatisfied with care my car received while being..."

Very unsatisfied with care my car received while being serviced. I spent 1500.00 to have the paint corrected and ceramic coated. I explained to the service dept. that caution needed to be exercised. I supplied the service Dept. with a fleece blanket to place over the fender so that they would not use their old dirty fender blanket. Well sure enough when I got the car back the ceramic coating was scratched right on the fender were the mechanic had to reach over to put the oil in. The fleece blanket looked like it was in the exact position I left it in. When I brought it to their attention they said there was marks all over the car! That was not the case! They insisted that they did not harm the paint. This car which is an 09 corvette was not out of the garage since the paint was done, If scratches like this existed I would not have accepted the car from the detailer since the cost for this work was 1500.00. I did go back to the detailer to make sure that the fleece blanket would not cause these scratches, which he answered that that blanket would not cause the damage to the coating that was present. The dealer refuses to accept that this damage was done by them. By the way I was informed by the detailer that this dealership also damaged the coating on a brand new corvette, So my advice to anyone with a car that they take pride in how it looks stay away from Lester Glen service Dept.

We have consulted multiple members of our service team that were present at the time of your service visit and confirmed that the technician did use the blanket on your fender as requested. The paint scratches, as we also reviewed with you at the time of your visit, were not created by us and there were additional scratches present on your vehicle. We take pride in what we do and the level of service we provide our customers. With this dedication to service and transparency, we certainly own up to any mistakes we make if they happen as we realize we are not perfect. However, unfortunately we must disagree here as we did not cause any damage to your vehicle and can confirm the technician did use the blanket provided to protect your vehicle's fender. My Silverado broke down at the beach and the service crew really tried to get me in and out on a Saturday. The truck needed to stay a few days and I had lots of stuff to transport to a nearby house. Drew saw me dealing and gave me a ride which was so nice and extremely helpful!

"Never Again"

Today marks 8 days without my 2018 Impala. While I understand that changing an A/C evaporator system is timely and obtaining the part took time, I was told once the part came in my car would be worked on and completed. Today I’m told yet again it will take longer as the A/C Tech was pulled away to work on other less timely A/C jobs. Unbelievable. Making my first payment today on a car I don’t have with ZERO faith in the job even being completed right.

The nature of your vehicle's repair requires a technician to be completely dedicated to your vehicle's repair for approximately 2 -3 days. As the technician had already began working on another vehicle's repair prior to your part arriving, it was necessary for him to complete that repair first before beginning work on your vehicle. For all of our customers, our goal is to complete their vehicle as quickly as possible, without any interruption, and have your vehicle fixed properly the first time. Unfortunately, the parts required to complete your repair were on back order and we were provided with no estimate on when they would actually arrive. We certainly understand your frustration and apologize for any unanticipated delays. We will do everything we can to assist you further as well as ensure your vehicle repair is completed quickly and properly now that we have all of the necessary parts to do so. "Service Department "

I scheduled my vehicle for warranty work after my van started accelerating on it's own for the second time. They were great with getting me in right away for drop off service and even provided a loaner van to use. They said it would be about 5 days before they could look at it but with a loaner to use I wasn't worried. Luckily, they got it in the very next morning and by 5 pm I had my van back. Now, here is why I knocked off a few stars. I have a dash cam that videos both inside the van and outside the van so this is not assumption, this is fact. They told me they took it for a 20 mile test drive and looked under the hood for any issues. The fact is employee #1 drove it from the L.G. Chevy to the L.G. Dodge. Employee #2 took it from the L.G. Dodge to Dunkin Donuts and back to the service center where he looked under the hood for a little while. Employee #3 then took it from L.G. Dodge to L.G. Chevy, then to a parking lot on Clifton, picked up Employee #4, dropped him off at Honda then proceeded to the TD Bank on Hooper and then goes back to L.G. Dodge to pick up Employee#5 to drop her off at the Collision Center. After a couple of hours Employee #4 then gets in and drives the van back to L.G. Chevy where it sits for about a half hour before Employee #6 hops in to just move it to a different spot. So they said they took it for a 20 mile test drive when in reality they drove about 40 miles running a lot errands both personal and for work. I find this very unprofessional for employees to be using customer vehicles for both personal and professional errands.

Came in for a routine oil change & tire rotation & left with this GORGEOUS Equinox! I wasn’t in the market for a new (used) car but knew I was in “trouble” when I saw all the beauties with lower mileage they had in stock while waiting!
