I would never do business with them. I inquired about a 2015 Hellcat that they had on the lot. Katelin Hopking ("customer service rep") was who got back to me. After I explained that I had purchased my last Hellcat, "sight unseen", from a consignment out of Oregon and what terms they were able to give me, she replied with, "HOWEVER my Dodge manager is very reasonable, and as long as you can be reasonable as well.." When I told Katelin that I wouldn't be able to come in to do a test drive and that I needed to have it shipped to South Texas, she told me, "we'd also physciclly need you here to sign paperwork and confrim identity, and approve of the vehicle before signing." I know, from previous experience, that this isn't a requirement. I ordered a PDI on my last Hellcat and we completed the purchase through email and regular mail for the signatures. The sales manager never even reached out to me, not to mention their Hellcat it overpriced by almost $10K. Maybe it's "an East Coast thing". Super unhelpful and should definitely work on their customer service skills. Once upon a time, I was a car dealer and spent many years of my adult life in customer service. Absolutely ridiculous! More
