We spoke with Brian and his team who had both vehicles pulled up, prepared, cleaned and ready for test drives first thing in the morning for our 9:00 AM appointment. From the minute we walked into the dealership, the entire leasing / buying process was absolutely seamless. The cars are beautiful and we could not be more thrilled with our purchases. We flew through the paperwork and financing - the Lester Glenn team had our trades assessed and us back on the road in our new cars in less than four hours total. My wife and I are shopping SUV's now and after seeing 5000 over KBB trade valu I bought an SUV here a few years ago and it was a very good experience. My wife and I are shopping SUV's now and after seeing 5000 over KBB trade value if you buy a new car we decided to try and purchase a new Durango. They didn't even offer the KBB value for my trade and told me that that offer is only good if you pay full price for the new car and get no rebates or incentives. The website didn't state this or imply this. I'm very disappointed in them. More
