We had a terrible experiance at this dealership last saturday the salesman was very aggresive , we told him we would think about the cars he said why did you come here then, he asked how much we had dow saturday the salesman was very aggresive , we told him we would think about the cars he said why did you come here then, he asked how much we had down we told him $2000 he said not enough 15k is a good down payment, he was closely following us around, we felt very unsafe he also coughed couple times by us but he had mask on i hope were ok with salesman being so close to us, we couldnt get out of there fast enough. The salesman listened to my needs and acted on it, worked with me on a trade-in didn't try to abuse me and super low ball me and made every accomodation for me that i needed to make the deal happen. i think everyone was happy. i couldn't be happier with my new denali sierra. the sales person mr harris is outstanding. the f &i guy jerry was easy as well no pressure to buy stuff i wasn't going to buy. we had a great understanding. whole process was around 2 hours which is unheard of at a dealer they usually make you sit and sweat and get aggitated. not here! highly recommended More

extreme laziness My wife's Buick Lucerne had a notification for a special coverage to be performed. This was a defect from general motors that had the clips of the bac My wife's Buick Lucerne had a notification for a special coverage to be performed. This was a defect from general motors that had the clips of the back seat contacting the back seat fuse box causing the fuel pump relay to short out and causing the car not to start. In order to fix the problem correctly the fuse box needed to be replaced and a low profile relay installed along with trimming the back seat clips. The car was ok for a couple of months, then started acting up. Upon my investigation I noticed my past work order stated that the fuse box had already been replaced. This was a complete LIE.The only work Lester Glen performed was to replace the relay. One minutes worth of work. They also failed to trim the seat clips which was the main cause of the problem. When I stopped in to see them they said the special coverage had just expired. Can't help you. Very sad. I could never purchase another car sold by LesterGlenn. Not there to help you. More
Buying a new car I was looking for a new SUV. The sales person that helped me was Jim McKiernan. He was so nice and not pushy at all. I was not sure if I wanted to I was looking for a new SUV.
