What an amazing experience! We found the car we were looking for and Jay Jackson at the showroom.helped us make the process much easier. We drove down ftom PA in a hurry since this was the oy dealership that still had the car and color We wanted and though it was the weekend, Jay ensured that he went over ever single detail with us. The car arrived much earlier and we couldn't completely fix our Toyota's hood, but Jay made sure that oy a nominal amount was charged. The entire process was smooth and so easy! I really appreciate him trying to interact with my in-laws who don't speak much English while we were signing the documents. Thank you so much Jay Jackson and Lester Glenn for making this the most memorable 2nd engagement anniversary for my husband and me!! More
