Just wanted to say how wonderful the staff at Lester Glenn in Toms River were when I leased a 2022 Kona from them. Dan Downy was my salesman and the second time I leased a car from him and he is just a Glenn in Toms River were when I leased a 2022 Kona from them. Dan Downy was my salesman and the second time I leased a car from him and he is just a great person to deal with. He made sure I had affordable payments including a great price on the SUV. He did everything to make it easy for me. Even the financing went great with Aaron Lang who made it very easy. I will definitely go back to this dealership. And this custome service didn’t end there… Dominic came through for us - he explained our options both for vehicle type and for the financing/leasing options. I never felt pressured but actually I was totally in control of the buying process. Dominic was able to walk me through the trade-in steps and we felt we got a fair deal all the way around. David Beaton assisted me in sorting out the options and identifying the right car for me at the right price. I can't deal with pressure and, instinctively, Dave didn't approach the transaction that way. He offered information but didn't push me. He was very knowledgeable, empathetic and honest. The finance manager, Darren Applegate, was also helpful and relaxed. If you want an easy and pleasant car buying experience, I would strongly recommend seeing David and Darren at Lester Glenn. More
