Great Salesman David was helpful from the start. We were "just looking". When things took a more "serious" turn, we told him we wish to speak to a salesman recomme David was helpful from the start. When my husband inquired inside, the man was indeed there and David apologized saying he thought I said a different name. David spoke to the man who told us he was with another couple and it was fine with him to proceed with Dave. David was knowledgeable, and helpful. When I told him I had listed a car I saw on the website list, he found it, got me the keys and told me take it for a ride. I loved it. Problem: I had my leased car which was due to be turned in and they do not have a dealership for that car. David did some research and found I could return my car across the road on Rt. 37. I told him he better be sure, because I was NOT taking the new car unless I was leaving the old. He literally drove with me to the dealership, took off my old plates, and drove me back to pick up my "new car". Great experience and I feel he went above and beyond for his customer! More
