We brought my mom in to get a used Sonata in April 2024 and told David up front that this is what she needed and this is what she could spend. Our salesperson, Lou Cipriani was the perfect mix of helpful but not pushy. Lou explained everything in clear simple terms. Everything was perfect and quick except for detailing of the car which is not helpful but not pushy. Lou explained everything in clear simple terms. Everything was perfect and quick except for detailing of the car which is not Lou's area of responsibility even thought Lou sent the car back to be detailed a second time. Detailing department needs a some type of metric or baseline to determine if car is detailed, currently they are not any better than an $8 car wash. Thanks Lou, I will be back. More
