Frank Acquaviva went over and above the call! Yesterday I bought my second car from Lester Glenn and was fortunate to have Frank as my sales rep. He was helpful and courteous in every way and not at all pushy, which is always a turn-off for me. He worked hard to arrange the deal I wanted at the price I wanted and was successful on both counts. Post sale, he was very helpful in getting me set up in the new car and made sure everything was in place so that my trip home with the new car was as pleasurable as could be. The salesman was kind, patient, and completely professional. He showed me how everything operated on the car, set up my phone, etc. I felt that he did everything he could to make this a pleasant experience for me and it was.
