He was straight forward and very thorough, he knew exactly what I wanted and was able to get it for me at a price I could afford. I also really enjoyed that I was able to text him with questions or concerns (rather than having to call) and he'd answer back within minutes, no matter the time of day or if he was off. I will be recommending all my friends to head over to Lester Glenn, get some popcorn and deal with Sal Jr. You won't be disappointed! This is the first time in years I walked out of a dealer not feeling like I got ripped off , and was able to get an amazing deal on my 2017 Elantra that even makes my friends and family "ooh and ahh"! Great Dealership About 6 years ago I purchased a Santa -Fe at Lester Glenn and it was a pleasure to work with my salesman named Jimmy Connell . He was honest, not push About 6 years ago I purchased a Santa -Fe at Lester Glenn and it was a pleasure to work with my salesman named Jimmy Connell . He was honest, not pushy and went over everything from soup to nuts. That was something you rarely experience when dealing with a car salesman but it's the truth . This time around I really wasn't sure whether I wanted a Impala, Tarsus, LaCrosse or the Buick Envision since I had a SUV for the last 6 years. So I called Lester Glenn and since they had a dealership for each of these cars (a great feature of the company) .After driving a wonderful lady by the name of Stephanie Vaugh absolutely nuts by asking her for pricing on on all 4 models for which she did an excellent job of supplying the information. I added another car to the mix. . I had always loved the Genesis but never thought I could afford it. But I went to another dealership closer to me to just test drive it and see what kind of pricing I could get. Needless to sayI feel in love with the car. I thought the pricing the dealership gave me was quite high so I called Stephanie again and told her to see what she could do on the Genesis. She put me in touch with her manager named Ron. He told me about a car he had that had everything I wanted except color. He said I would love this car and the color . He then told me about a price that blew away the other dealership . He also told me that I could deal with my old salesman Jimmy Connell which I was very happy about and my wife and I drove down to see the car. It was love at first sight. The color had elegance written all over it. The interior was magnificent. Ron came by to say hello and to see if we liked the car and tell us about the deal. He handed us over to Jimmy and Jimmy was his old self. Helpful beyond belief. He went over everything in the car. And this car had everything so it was a lot of instructions and he did a great job. If you want to deal with an honest straight talking guy see Jimmy. We next meet with Brian Reeves in the finance area . Brian explain the financial part of the deal. and once again we were giving the facts with nothing left out and left to decided what if any extras we wanted with no pressure whatsoever. We picked up our car this past Saturday and we couldn’t be happier it’s beautiful inside and out and rides like a dream. We’ve gotten raves from some of our friends who have BMW’s and Mercedes and I think I seen a little jealousies in their eyes.
