What an unexpected, pleasant experience! I had just taken delivery of my Sonata limited with tech and ultimate package and my wife was so impressed with it that she decided to trade in her Tu I had just taken delivery of my Sonata limited with tech and ultimate package and my wife was so impressed with it that she decided to trade in her Tucson for one for herself. The only dealership with her choice of color and interior was Lester Glenn. Although it was a bit out of our area we took the drive. I am glad we did. Will Roe, our salesman, had the car waiting and accompanied us on a professional , thorough test drive, all the while, taking us through the car's features. Afterward, the sales manager, Frank Simeone joined us. He was pleasant, understanding and nothing like what we had come to expect ( and dread) from the sales mangers we had dealt with in the past. I actually found myself thanking them both for their efforts and drove out with our new car in record time. I have since recommended two friends to Lester Glenn and one has already bought. I wish I'd found this dealership years ago.. More

Couln't ask for nore! In re: 2013 Sonata. I was having a bit of trouble with a minor ignition problem but just like a tooth ache that disappears when you go to the dentist In re: 2013 Sonata. I was having a bit of trouble with a minor ignition problem but just like a tooth ache that disappears when you go to the dentist the problem would not materialize when I had the car in for service. I recently spoke with a Service Consultant,(Mr. Dennis Garbacki) who took my problem very seriously and even though the car did not exhibit the problem when at the dealership hetook time to discuss the situation and came up with a solution. He worked with the service department and replaced a part for me and since than the problem has been resolved. Many thanks to Dennis and the entire dealership. Also, I would like to thank the loaner car division. Since I do not live in the immediate area, I usually require a loaner.
