Casey Gelnaw was my sales person and Mike Damelio handled the financing and both were awesome. I drove out with my new car three hours after test driving it and most of the wait was just for the car prep. I'm going back next week to get another vehicle for my daughter. I tried this dealer because it seems like every Hyundai I see in our area has the Lester Glenn emblem on the back so it was obvious they sold LOTS of cars and I figured people must be happy with them. We are now, too, and are likely to be customers of Lester Glenn Hyudai for life! More

My wife and I were looking for a 2013 Santa Fe in Mineral Gray and not having too much luck close to home. Rooting around on the internet, we found 2 dealers that had what we wanted. One dealer (whom shall remain nameless)quoted a price that seemed too good to be true. When I quizzed them about it, they said they check with the manager and call me back. They did eventually call back but it took forever and the price kept changing: Oh you're not a recent college Grad?... add $$. Oh you're not a Veteran?... add $$. Oh you're not a returning Loyal Customer?... add $$. Get the idea? The other dealer was Lester Glenn Hyundai in Toms River. After just a few emails and two phone calls, Ron Garguilo ran through the numbers with us, quoted us a great price and then made a promise. To paraphrase he said: "Those are the numbers, that's the price and they're not going to suddenly become higher once you get here." Based on those words, late on Saturday afternoon, we set out for Toms River on what for us is a 196 mile round-trip. I NEVER thought I'd drive that far to buy a vehicle, but the folks at Lester Glenn certainly made the trip worthwhile. I trusted Ron's words about the numbers and they were true. Equally important, we also came to an amicable price for our trade-in. Our deal was processed promptly by Jimmy Connell and he also spent quite awhile outside in the vehicle with us going over all the features and latest technology. Although we were the last ones to leave the store that night, we never felt pressured or rushed. Was it worth the trip? You bet. We have never had a more pleasant or more positive buying experience than with the team at Lester Glenn. Well worth the trip... even if your 100 miles away! More

When I walked into the dealership with my wife I was greeted by a fellow named Arty Padula. Nice chatty fellow. he explained the workings of the dealership and service all very throughly. I told him we had done some home worke and had a price from another dealer on a Santa Fe Sport. He explained that wasn't necessary because between price and service we would buy our car from him, so he said. Well we test drove acar but had a specific color in mind it was going to come down to price. He walked away and within 5 minutes he came back with what we believed to be too high a number. Suddenly another gentleman approached the desk, he made a quick intro and asked if he could help. He explained he had over heard our salesman talking about our deal and he wanted to know why we were not buying. He never got upset he just explained that as far as he knew the offer by the dealership was a better than fair deal. I got out my numbers and went thru them with him and now we both thought the dealer numbers were too high so he did some investigating work. Seems my math with compounding intrest was off, but this guy never changed his attitude. Most sales mgr would have made a big deal put on a show about how the dealer is always getting blamed, but not this guy he was just VERY professional. He said I don't want you to over pay I want you to buy a car and I want to give you a good/fair deal. He did, his name is Adam Kraushaar turns out he is the president of Lester Glenn Auto Group. My wife and I have leased/purchased at least 20 cars we will never buy/lease another car from anyone other than Lester Glenn.I have never walked out of a dealership feeling better than I just did. I have NEVER written a positive or negitive review in my life but this dealership stands above all that I have ever entered. It is a class place and I highly recommend you shop there. Lee Leddy More
