Our experience working with Frank was very nice. He was knowledgable about the Hyundai brand and was able to answer all questions that we asked. He even went over what we needed to do when we came in for either routine maintenance or service and actually walked us through the dealership to the service department. When it came time for us to speak with the finance department, Brian went over all the details with us and it was not a painful but pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend Lester Glenn and especially Frank Acquaviva if anyone is looking for a new vehicle. More

MY Wife and I dealt with Steve Helewea and Mike Erli. Steve was great to work with,he did not pressure or rush us into buying a car. We took several test drives with different trim levels of the Tucson, Steve was great to work with,he did not pressure or rush us into buying a car. We took several test drives with different trim levels of the Tucson, in addition to the Santafe. We were never steered or talked into buying a more expensive model. Steve wanted us to be comfortable with our purchase. Mike Erli and Steve gave us a fair price and found us the exact Tucson we wanted(which happen to be at another dealership). When we picked up the car it looked great except for a defect in the passenger front seat. Steve had the head of the Service Department look at the defect, sign off on it and assured me that a new front seat will be ordered and installed. In Finance, Brian Pataky was very professional and did not try to sell me any additional items. Brian Showers showed me how to use and set up the navigation. I can only hope that the service side of this dealership is as good as the sales. More

I wasn't really planning to trade my 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe when I visited Lester Glenn. Dealing with Casey pretty much sealed the deal, he was great. I hope the service department lives up to their great reputation as well, I scheduled an appointment to take care of some minor cosmetic issues so I'll find out soon. Kudos to Lester Glenn, every employee I have dealt with has been knowledgable and friendly. Loved my previous Santa Fe but never liked the dealership or their service department. The 2013 Santa Fe is absolutely FANTASTIC! More
