Lester Glenn Hyundai

Over a year ago we bought our first Hyundai Sonata and we absolutely love it. Our 2nd car was 6 years old so we were thinking about replacing it with another Sonata. We came back to Lester Glenn Hyundai because of the product but bought our second Sonata today because of the Salesman. We went out today just "thinking" about buying a new car but after working with Michael we knew the right time was now and he made it a reality. In the past my husband and I have walked out of many a store and dealership because of not caring for the salespeople despite liking a product. That certainly wasn't the case at Lester Glenn Hyundai. We had a great feeling just walking through the front door and being greeted warmly by your receptionist. She graciously passed us on the Michael Erli and from that point on we couldn't have asked for anything more. Michael Erli is an exceptional salesperson, he is knowledgeable, patient, warm, friendly and not pushy. He worked with us patiently for hours, taking us out to see the models, test drive the car, and then gave us an amazing deal on a beautiful white 2013 Sonata that fit right into our budget. After going through everything with us, Michael then brought us over to the Finance Department where we worked with David Shinn, another consumate professional. David made sure that we were aware of the options available that would enhance our purchase and also made sure that we received the best interest rate and that our monthly payment worked for us staying within our budget. He was wonderful to deal with as well and explained every detail of the financing and answered all of our questions patiently. I am in Sales myself and know how important it is to treat people with respect, dignity, listen to their needs and try to meet them. Michael Erli is the consumate salesperson and Lester Glenn you are so lucky to have employees like Michael and David. I will make sure that I recommend Michael, David and your dealership to all of my clients. If you treat people in this world the way that you would like to be treated you can never go wrong. After shopping at several dealers, we knew which car we wanted and had a pretty good idea what it should cost. Unlike many other dealers who forced us to visit them and go through a ridiculous negotiation process where the salesperson goes round and round with a phantom manager, we were able to have an intelligent telephone conversation with Ron that resulted a prompt agreement, upon which we drove to the dealership and drove home with a new vehicle, delivered exactly as promised. While this was a very positive experience, upon getting the vehicle home we discovered that the spare tire was missing. One to call to Ron, however, resulted in his promise to make it right and we were able to pick up the missing tire a week later when our new plates came in. All in all, we were very satisfied and impressed with the car buying experience and would recommend Ron and Mike. Consumers should ALWAYS do their homework when making such a major purchase, and in this case, that would include visiting other dealers. But before you buy however, I'd call Ron and Mike and give them the opportunity to quote you. Based on our experience, you won't be disappointed. More

Lot of emails back and forth but I never got a pressure to show up personally or even call. Being honest from day one and no pressure at all from anyone are the two reason why we decided to buy from them even through they are an hour and half from us and there are two dealers close to10 mins from our place.
