This the second time for me dealing with Ron. My first contact, via internet, was with Stacy. Stacy was very kind and helpful during the selection process. Ron sent Michael and Steve (a new member of the Lester Glenn sales family) to pick me up! We arrived at the dealership at 3:00 PM. Once there Michael, Steve and I had a great time doing the paperwork, Mike showing Steve how to sell a car, and me showing him how to buy one. My next stop was with Paul (another new fellow) in finance. He was very professional and had me out of his office in about 5 minutes. We were referred to Ron Garguilo at Lester Glenn Hyundai by a neighbor, whom we knew to be very particular and who had been very satisfied by his experiences when purchasing multiple cars at this dealership by a neighbor, whom we knew to be very particular and who had been very satisfied by his experiences when purchasing multiple cars at this dealership. Ron had Michael Erli talk to us about what car(s) we were intersted in, features, etc. and we were so fortunate in that the specifics we were looking for were actually available in a car that had recently arrived on the lot. Michael took us for a test drive and was so very helpful in explaining how everything worked and reviewing more than once, all of the great features that came with the 2013 Sonata SE that we selected. Once we were back in the spacious showroom, Ron joined us and we reviewed options and then went on to discuss the costs, etc. of the car. Everything was very exact and laid out in a format that was so easy to understand. We then met with Michael Cagnano of Finance, who was so accommodating in reviewing the financial agreement as well as making very advantageous suggestions in finalizing our transaction. Finally, we finished up with Michael who had made multiple calls to our insurance representative to ensure that we could drive our new beautiful car home. Michael then sat with us in the car and again was so obliging in reviewing all of the wonderful featurs in addition to setting up our Bluetooth, etc. My husband and I have purchased many new cars in the past but this experience has been the BEST and we will absolutely refer anyone we know to Lester Glenn Hyundai and Ron, Michael and Mike, in particular.
