We originaly went to Brad Benson to shop for a car, and we were very up front and honest with what we could afford and told the sales man if they couldn't come close the the figure, that was ok. I specificaly told him we did not want to go back and forth on pricing, which is exactly what happened. We tried to leave several times and the poor salesman was sent out to get us by our car by his sales manager. We should have gone to Lester Glenn right from the start. I have family and friends that have all bought from Lester Glenn in the past and told me not to go anywhere else. Bob, our sales representivie and Jay, his sales manager, couldn't have been more attentive to our situation, and worked with us to find a solution to our situation. Everyting was explained perfectly and there were no hidden expenses you always find out about when you sit down with the finance manager (Brian, who was great as well)at a car dealership. The new dealership is awesome...the service department is incredible (Lester Glenn gives us free oil changes for the lifetime of our car...synthetic oil too!), and the selection it amazing! Bob and Jay gave us such a great dealer on a new Elantra (which is awesome) that we were able to leave with our 04' Santa Fe (that we still love) that we originaly thought we were going to have to trade in! Thank you for everything! More

This was the best "buying" experience of an automobile I have ever had. The Sonata was presented in a very professioal manner--with no high pressure to purchase. Once we got it home, we(several of my neighbors and I) had an extrmely difficult time getting the Homelink to work with our brand new Genie garage door opener. In fact, after about 6 hours, in three days, we gave up. Mark Morano drove to my home on hs day off and spent another two hours getting it to work. It really was that difficult It is not often that a car salesman would go so far out of his way to make a satisfied customer---especailly on his day off. I purchased a new Hyundai Veracruz. I had serious problems with the vehicle starting when I was finished and about to leave the lot, the car would not start, dead battery and this was after I had tes problems with the vehicle starting when I was finished and about to leave the lot, the car would not start, dead battery and this was after I had test driven it and they had detailed it. The mechanic checked it after it was jump started and said battery was OK. Left made one stioop and car would not start. I got it jumped and returned to dealer. End reselt they gave me a different auto to replace the one I said I would not take. They bent over backwards to please me. Lester Glen went beyond what I thought anyone would do. The Salesman Frank Acquaviva did an oustanding job and he deserves all the credit for resolving my problems. I would recommend Lester Glen to anyone. More
