Our salesperson was friendly, informative and wanted to meet our needs. There was no sales pressure even when it came to the extras that offered after the sale, i.e, tire protection, extended warranty,etc meet our needs. There was a problem with the title to my trade in and Lester Glenn bent over backwards to resolve the issue, making sure my satisfaction as a customer was their priority. Ed did a great job in discussing the various buying options available to us i.e. comparing the advantages/disadvantages of buying new vs a certified pre-owned vehicle. Ed was always courteous and never pushed us into buying something we were not comfortable with. This was probably the most relaxed I have been in purchasing a car in a long time. Ed took the time to explain the features of the car we were going to purchase so that we knew what to expect from the vehicle. The only downside from the experience was the length of time spent at the dealer (approx. 5 hrs) seemed a little long (It was a busy Saturday which could help explain the the long wait). Overall this was a very positive car buying experience and I would certainly recommend this dealership to family and friends. More
