I have not had any prior experience purchasing a car. I had however looked at cars to purchase in a few other dealerships before going to Lester Glenn in Toms River. However, at Lester Glenn, Michael practically greeted us at the door, and took us back to test drive the car I was interested in. From there I felt he was fair in his negotiating, and it was a relatively painless experience. I would recommend this dealership to other perspective owners. As for the Finance end, Mike Cagnano expedited my purchase and honestly went through and explained the add-ons and what would be redundant and not worth my time in purchasing. I felt that the sales and finance staff were knowledgeable and friendly, and I was satisfied with my visit to the dealership. More

These guys were refreshingly honest, after I had dealt with about a dozen others that were either bait and switch or had hidden fees that added 10% to the price. Everything they told me over the phone was correct and honored when I got there. Despite the dealership being busy when we got there, we were in and out with the new car in under three hours, which was much better than I was expecting. More

This was my third purchase from Lester Glenn. I appreciate how this dealership gives back to the community. There were other charitable events taking place as well, but this caught my eye in particular, as my daughter has autism. I have been active in the autism community for over a decade and it's nice to see this endeavor on Lester Glenn's part. My salesman, Bob Reyes, was thorough in his approach to my sale. He did not pressure, but fully explained all of my options. He is proud to work for Lester Glenn and it shows. Lester Glenn is a family owned and operated dealership - and you get the sense that all the employees feel like an extension of that family. It's nice to do business in that environment. Bob showed me several vehicles and encouraged me to test drive more than one to make sure I was going to be happy with my choice. I didn't have too much time to go over my new vehicle upon completion of the deal and Bob graciously invited me back to fully go over the details of my new car at my convenience. Mike in financing was helpful, very friendly and expedited my paperwork. Ron, one of the managers, was also integral in my purchase, examining pricing, trade-in value, and so on.
