Dear vauled customer, I am sorry to read about the experience you have received. I promise that is not how L ester Glenn likes to operate. Your situation was a little different than the norm. The confusion with your situation was that we had to deal with an aftermarket vendor and that left a lot of variable out of our control, such as delivery dates and exact color matches to your painted rims. Again, we apologize, but are happy that we were at least able to get you 4 brand new rims at no cost, even though insurance only covered one. We at Lester Glenn hope that gesture shows we truly do care about good customer service. In the future, we will be sure to also offer you a loaner car when a job like this needs to be done.
