Antcav76, thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear how you feel about our service department. We reached out to our service management team with your feedback. We understand that during your last visit, our team recommended new brakes for your vehicle due to noise and vibration. At that time you declined the repair recommendations. Your vehicle was towed in Monday. The following day we followed up to find out why it was towed and learned that you and your father attempted to complete a brake replacement yourself. When we received your vehicle, your brakes hardly had any pad on the front left brake, and the rotor was blue and damaged from getting too hot. Our technicians determined that whenever the attempt to replace the brakes was made, the caliper bolt seized and caused damage. Since this was caused by an outside source of someone trying to fix it, it is not a defect or failure with the part itself and therefore would not be covered under any warranty. As far as wait times ago, we do apologize if you feel you have waited for a lengthy period of time during any of your visits. Our goal is to always advise our customers to the best of our ability what an estimated wait time will be for the services provided. We have passed along this feedback to our team who will work on providing more frequent updates and wait times to our customers. As far as pricing is concerned, we are a certified Subaru repair shop, with certified Subaru technicians that receive continued manufacturer training for Subaru vehicles as well as general training. Our team also uses original equipment manufacturer parts, many coming with warranties of their own once a repair is completed. We also complete periodic pricing studies to ensure our pricing is in line with all relevant competitors in our market; which is the case. There might be other shops that are cheaper that do not use manufacturer parts, or employ certified technicians or stand behind their work, but the beauty of servicing with us is that we stand behind our work and you can be confident that the repair will be completed by a certified technician who is trained on your vehicle and uses manufacturer parts. At the time of your purchase, you would have received information on what is covered and not covered with any extended warranty purchase. If you have any questions on your coverage or need further information on your coverage plan, please reach out to our Finance Department and we will be happy to help. We apologize again that you feel this way and will work hard to change your opinion with any future service experiences with our team. All I can say is WOW!! My car was NEVER towed there. I was never told I needed brakes from you. I have no idea where you are coming up w this! It is straight up lies!!! I NEVER EVER had my car towed there!!!! I can’t even believe that response or where you got your information from. I will never ever buy from you again!!!! And I will make sure I tell everyone I know not to either!!! I can’t believe you are straight lying!!!
