I realize it should have been noticed prior to final payment but I did not know the policy regarding "loaner" cars until too late. That made me feeling somewhat unhappy about Lester Glenn. Seth recognized my discomfort and bent over backwards, going above and beyond his role to "soothe" my displeasure.
