On point, up front about the trade in which was nice. Seth showed his admiration for the military as I’m a veteran. Which is nice. I lost a bit of money on my Durango, but Lester Glenn kept it as close as possible. Told me to have fun with the car test driving. Didn’t push me on any numbers nor did the finance guy. Got there around little before 11 left around 12:45. Contract signed, car cleaned, fueled up. Everyone was smiling and jolly. Don’t see that much these days, seemed authentic. So I’ll probably buy from there again. More
