It has been about 10 years since I visited a dealership. These guys made it nice and simple to get me rolling the same day I went to look at the SUV I purchased. The vehicle wasn't exceptionally clean but was good enough. The spare tire was in the cargo area along with dirt and grass clippings.I was offered to bring it back to have that rectified, but as I said, this deal was made with the promise that would be taken care of while I filled out the paperwork. When my plates came in, I received an email from David Maloy giving me clear directions on how to go about getting my registration and plates. Upon arrival, there was no one on-site to receive me and put the plates on. I drove around to the sales department and picked up my plates... I wasn't offered to have someone put them on. At least in my experience, this was an average or less-than-average sales transaction. Your experience may be different but would definitely suggest taking your time to shop around and don't be pressured by promises. Overall I'm satisfied with my purchase, but not so much with the dealership. More

Another poor experience. Website tells you the oil change is $79, and there's no price next to tire rotation (indicating it's included, which it is at other VW dealers I've b Website tells you the oil change is $79, and there's no price next to tire rotation (indicating it's included, which it is at other VW dealers I've been to for service), but they'll charge you $15 for the tire rotation here. This time I asked why the oil change is $20 more than advertised, and the answer I got: "that's only for older vehicles, our system can't show different prices, just one". Well, if I tell your system what year/model I have, and it continues to tell me $79, that's what we call bait and switch. It's kind of an illegal practice. Oh, and this wasn't included in my October 16, 2022 bad review because I hadn't found it yet, but they left my oil cap off! Oh, and this time, that tire rotation that I paid extra for? I don't think they actually did it. Why? Well, I had a flat repair done two days before this oil change, and the grime on that rim was very smudged and disturbed by the work that was done. The dirt on the other rims was very even still. After I got my car back, the rim with all the smudged dirt was still on the passenger rear. Oh, and yeah, the rims were still totally dirty, even after they washed my car, and I know they washed the body cuz the bird poo was gone. Why do I keep going here? It's so freaking close to me. Pretty sure this was my last time, though. Gonna switch to doing them myself. Oh, last thing, promise! So they send you a text with a link to a site with all the recommendations for other service they discover during the inspection. At the bottom, there is no option to decline them, only to accept them. So if you wanna decline it's extra work... And one of the things they recommended was a brake flush, which had been completed at Waco VW like a year ago. The fluid looked fine. Other recommendations were reasonable. Crap, did I say last thing? One more thing: 2+ hours for an oil change and [possibly not actually done] tire rotation is a bit ridiculous... And yes, I made an appointment and showed up right on time. More
