Okay used car buying experience but not exceptional. I wish they'd have given me their best price out of the gate the way BMW would have. Also, the typical B.S. dealer mark-ups are annoying, even if they do remove them upon request. Also, I asked three different times for the windows to be tinted before delivery, alas no one acknowledged my request nor was the car delivered with tinted windows. Finally, the car was not clean upon delivery. I didn't expect the exterior to be clean because they drove it 250 miles but photos would have looked better and it would have been delightful to get a truly well-detailed (inside of the) car upon delivery. Most dealers would have filled the tank with gas at the last mile too. This one was delivered empty. More
