I had one of the most memorable car buying experiences yesterday at Lewisville Volkswagen and certainly the most pleasant ever. I had been doing much research and familiarizing myself about what was avail yesterday at Lewisville Volkswagen and certainly the most pleasant ever. I had been doing much research and familiarizing myself about what was available in the market and kept going back online to the Lewisville dealership. Their inventory was plentiful and the dealership was close to my home. When I visited this location little did I know what a treat I was in for. I was greeted by Andrew Calvert in a very welcoming but laid back fashion and felt I had known him as a friend. There was no immediate sales pitch but rather he listened to me as to why I was there, what I was interested in, and suggested he let me drive one of the Taos models he had available. And I must say his inventory was impressive. He educated me about the vehicle and pointed out various features of the car. Again, no strong sales pitch. Just two friends discussing new cars. Never have I enjoyed shopping for a car so much. And, all of the team at Lewisville Volkswagen made me feel at home. Never any pressure. I want to thank Andrew for his easy but thorough attention to getting me the car that captured my heart. My initial experience when purchasing the vehicle 6 months ago was excellent in all respects. My recent visit was for the first of the included oil changes and vehicle check ups. While I expected that there may be a few recommended additions to the oil change that would be at my cost, there was none of that. In addition I received a clever video of the technician checking the engine compartment and undercarriage of the car with descriptions of what he checked and measurements to verify what he saw. When the car was returned immediately clean I got a written report and a zero dollar receipt. Everyone that I encountered thanked me for coming in. More
