Not a good experience at the service department. Dropped off October 17 and got a text 10/25 saying car was ready. I texted back that I would pick it up next day and asked how late Service was open. They did a good job losing a customer. Gave me grief about extended warranty needing to go back to dealership purchased from. Called selling dealer and they said they were wrong. Mauricio was so easy to work with. I reached out to multiple dealerships trying to find the vehicle we were looking for and Maricio’s customer service by far stood out. I felt like I was bugging the other dealerships and he actually reached out to me versus the other way around which showed he listened to what we were looking for and notified us when he had it in stock. The customer service is out of this world. I took my 2011 GTI to get the DSG serviced due to approaching 160k. I received a video stating what was done and checked on the car.
