This was probably the best experience we have ever had buying a vehicle. I continue to have confidence in the service department. I've had the same service advisor (Tim Larsen) for the past 14 years and two vehicles. Never heard of this dealership, but they had an Escalade I wanted to buy. I give 5 Stars to the salesperson, Miguel. Nicer bathrooms, quality snacks, a Keurig with an assortment of coffee/tea choices, music or better decor to make the atmosphere attractive ... all of those things would add to improve the customer experience. I guess I'm used to the newer Honda dealerships as I've purchased an Odyssey and a CRV at them and they take the customer experience to another level. The finance guy (Joe) was laid back, easy to work with, explained things well, and I give him 5 stars, too. He was the only person who made me feel like I was shopping in the 21st century. Ultimately, I was there to buy a car and got one. The customer experience wasn't bad but I've had better. More
Tim was able to diagnose my battery issue and get me a new battery under warranty without an appointment. I thought it was my key battery, but turns out it was my car battery! The service was fine but the logistics are not fun to deal with. They have not had a loaner in a very long time and they kept saying I needed to be rescheduled until one was available. I waited as long a deal with. They have not had a loaner in a very long time and they kept saying I needed to be rescheduled until one was available. I waited as long as I could but finally had to just schedule my service, which was covered under warranty. However, because I had to wait several days for a “diagnosis,” I had to pay for 5 days worth of a rental car since I needed to go to work. VW covered one day. Just odd that it would take 5 days to diagnose a problem. More
