I reached out to Mo after our 2021 Atlas was T-boned in an accident and ultimately totaled. We searched the market for a new car that would fit the needs of our family and quickly realized that not only did the Atlas already do that but there wasn't another dealership that was as easy to work with as Lewisville VW. I shot a text over to Mo about the situation and what we were looking for and within an hour I had pictures of every available model on their lot texted to me. When we decided on one and came in, John Chapman stayed late on his shift to help us out and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Lewisville VW has taken ALL of the stress and hassle out of buying a car. Very few people like to haggle with pricing, and I've never had to do that here. They always work their hardest to find a deal that we love and they haven't failed yet. Bottom line is, my family loves this dealership and appreciates the no-hassle, high-caliber hospitality and customer service they bring. This is what it should be to buy a car. More

Cannot get ahold of anyone for anything. Have had to call 5 times on 5 different days and wait weeks just to get some paperwork that was incorrect. They didn't even provide a physical copy of my paperwork and when I asked they said it was supposed to have been given to me on a "Usb Drive"(huh?) but on that day they were "out" of them. I had my street address spelt wrong on all the paperwork, which I had verified before I had signed and it was correct. I have contacted them another two times since I figured this out and still have not had a response. It's been almost a month since I signed and the most ive gotten reached out about a few emails with pdf files that have COPY written over the top so I cant even print them out for my records. The guy I signed the paperwork with thought I had insulted his intelligence and shut down on me entirely while I was signing after I said I didn't want any of the extra dealership addons and spoke to me as if I should feel bad about that decision. I've gotten very little help and effort made to append the situation. John did help me get a good rate so I do appreciate that though. I'm unsure the name of the guy I signed the paperwork with.
